We consider employee are the main asset of the company and we have a moral obligation to develop human resources in the area where we are located. We also understand that steel fabrication activities, especially in the industrial sector, have a high risk and therefore we must have employee that is truly competent in each discipline and who highly values occupational health and safety independently. For this reason, we carry out strict selection and screening and also conduct training to increase competence and awareness of our employee in; quality, occupational health and safety and environmental protection. As an integral part, we also apply high discipline and let go of those who do not have the same vision and mission as the company's.

IN HOUSE ENGINEERING

PT. Meitech Eka Bintan has develop an in-house Engineering Department that prepares and controls the issuance of construction drawings and works closely with other related Departments to ensure it is constructable also efficient and safe during fabrication / installation. Several drawings can be used and connected directly with fabrication equipment such as; CNC, profile cutting, etc.

INVESTMENT IN FIXED ASSETS

Since 2025, our continuous development and investment in various fixed asset have provide us with a distinct competition advantages. In recent years, we have built several new workshops and added more semi-automated fabrication equipment so that work can be done faster, more efficiently with better quality. In these workshop, more work can be done without being affected by the weather which can provide certainty in fulfilling the work completion schedule. We also invested in several lifting equipment, especially large capacity cranes, so that the installation process can be carried out quickly and safely.

We understand that in the industrial sector, each of our Clients expect high quality work that meets international standards and fulfills the requirements set forth in the contract. PT. Meitech Eka Bintan is certified for ISO 9001:2015 and has an Integrated Management System as a work guideline for management and all employees. In order to achieve consistently high quality requirements, the Quality Department supervises every step of the fabrication and installation process, so that the quality of work can be maintained and improved from time to time. We consider that HSES is the foundation of our operations and for that PT. Meitech Eka Bintan has been certified ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 which are integrated into our Integrated Management System as work guidelines for management and all employees. We provide our employees with all the necessary elements to be able to carry out their activities / work safely, such as; policies, procedures, KPIs, training, safety equipment and PPE and fostering each employee so they can carry out HSES independently and responsibly.
